The hormone melatonin is one of immune hormones capable of combating and preventing various diseases, including breast cancer and prostate cancer.
People who sleep in dark conditions, then the body can produce these hormones. Instead, sleep with the lights on at night, the slightest light causes the production of the hormone melatonin at a standstill.
