Theme Thursday: Toys
Mr. Snow vs. The Banshee Mouse
OK, I'll admit right now that I got carried away. I started out to take a
picture for Theme Thursday, of Mr. Snow with his cat toy, the
Banshee Mouse (the reason for the name being known only to Hartz
Mountain Corp.). I ended up recording an epic struggle.
1) Mr. Snow Confronts the Savage Banshee Mouse
2) The Mouse Strikes First . . .
3) . . . And the Battle is Joined
4) Mr. Snow Gains the Upper Hand
5) He Presses His Advantage
6) After a Ferocious Struggle, the Battle is Won
7) Mr. Snow Licks his Wounds
8) And Poses Proudly with his Trophy
We can all sleep soundly in our beds tonight.

Great cat shots. I find pets hard to photograph well.
#6 is a GREAT shot, especially in the context of the story. Very cute pictures.
What a delightful series. Your commentary makes it a hoot.
These are very smoothly exposed, considering you have used flash.
And y'all were saying Snow wasn't as photogenic. He's soo adorable in this photo series :)
Heya VF - when I posted my comments yesterday, I meant to add how much Snow looks like my cat Alley (as you noted on my Blog). The only diff is the light ginger tinge on Alley's face. I had actually queued my montage up a few days ago, so I wanted to let you know they were coming up - but we seem to be regular visitors to each other's blogs anyway. :)
The first one, especially, is hilarious.
Very cute story! Like especially the first and the 6th ones: very "kat-tish".
Very cute series! My favourite is #6 ;)

Oh my! :-) We would love so much to see Mr. Snow and Viktor meeting with each other, it would be too comic! Truth to say, sometimes we secretly dream of a all-white-cats congress and guess if we could or couldn't recognize our own little guy.
This report on the field is so cool!
